Product Introduction
C series of multi-stage centrifugal blowers are mainly used in blast furnace smelting, mining flotation, sewage treatment, gas-making blast and other fields. The transmission medium is air ,gas, gaseous mixture or other special gases. It is characterized by high pressure, good sealing performance, smooth running. Speed range: ≤3000r/min, flow range: 201500m3/min., boost pressure range : 20150kPa.

 

Structural Features

The shell adopts advanced fluid analysis method to design, the material is cast iron or steel plate welded structure, the upper and lower part, easy to install and overhaul;
The impeller adopts binary or ternary flow technology design, high efficiency; The rotor group is adjusted by static and dynamic balance, and the operation is stable.
The sealing structure is mature and reliable, which can effectively prevent gas leakage and meet the requirements of different working conditions.
The blower adopts rolling bearing or sliding bearing, the rolling bearing adopts grease lubrication or oil lubrication water cooling but the sliding bearing uses pressure forced oil lubrication.

Ordering Instructions:
